Before founding Rawlings & Co, Dick had 20 years experience in Management Consultancy and Information Technology with Gemini Consulting, the PA Consulting Group - where he developed their project management framework - and with IBM. He has worked for a wide range of Finance Sector organisations including Co-operative Bank, HSBC, Barclays Bank, Lloyds TSB, Frizzell / LV and SWIFT. |

Dr Michael Gordon Michael joined Rawlings & Co in 2002. He has 20 years experience of business consulting and the delivery IT services to the Financial Services Sector, obtained through holding leadership positions in Calleo and Cap Gemini, and consulting to leading financial institutions such as HBoS, HSBC, Invesco, LloydsTSB, Prudential and RBS. Prior to this Michael worked as an internal consultant for Allied Dunbar (now part of Zurich Financial Services Group) and was a Research Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Leicester. Throughout his career, Michael has published books and articles for both a specialist and generalist readership, and has spoken on a wide range of topics at International Conferences. |
